Is this the new iMac keyboard?: ”

Engadget and several other sites are reporting a possible first glimpse of the new keyboard which is to accompany the rumored new iMac computers. This first glimpse follows the path of previous rumors and lends some credence to the idea that the new iMacs will feature a brushed aluminum finish. A word of warning however, as the picture does have “Photoshop” embedded in the exif data. This picture would be easy enough to fake.

Multi-touch video iPods: AppleInsider is reporting a rumor that updated video iPods may be on the way in August. Speculation is that the devices will be very similar to the iPhone in regards to media capabilities and will include multi-touch screens as the controlling interface.

Our take: Yet another rumor to contribute to the constant speculation of Apple and what they will do next. The iPod line is due for a major update, this cannot be denied or overlooked. But will releasing an iPod in this timeframe, which by current speculation would be an iPhone without the phone and internet capabilities, cannibalize iPhone sales?
